Matrimonial & Lifestyle Profile: Religious sect/maslak, caste/community, mother tongue, marital status, education, occupation, income bracket, height, diet, and personal bio.
Family & Location Data: Country, state, city, father's occupation, mother's background, and sibling details.
Verification Documents (Optional but Recommended): Government ID proofs (Aadhaar, Passport, National ID) submitted solely for the 100% ID Verified badge. ID documents are encrypted and never shown to other users.
User Communications: In-app chat messages and interest requests exchanged with prospective matches.

Photo & Profile Privacy Controls

You maintain 100% control over who sees your photos.

We recognize modesty (Haya) and privacy as fundamental principles. On QuboolHai, you can choose:

Visible to All Verified Members: Photo is visible to active registered members.
Photo Blur / Password Protected: Your photo is blurred with privacy shield and only revealed when you explicitly accept a member's photo request.
Hidden Profile Mode: Temporarily pause matching and hide your profile from search results whenever you need time off.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is strictly utilized to deliver and refine our matchmaking services:

Calculating compatibility scores and recommending suitable matrimonial matches.
Facilitating secure mutual interest requests and real-time chat.
Preventing fraud, spam, multi-account misuse, and fake profile creation.
Sending notifications regarding match updates, interest responses, and account activity.

Information Sharing & Third Parties

Zero Data Selling: We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data, phone number, or photo to any third-party marketing companies.

Data is only shared under limited, secure circumstances:

With Prospective Matches: Information you choose to make public on your profile (excluding sensitive contact details until mutual interest is accepted).
Trusted Service Providers: Secure payment gateways, cloud hosting infrastructure, and SMS gateway providers under strict non-disclosure agreements.
Legal Compliance: When strictly required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authorities.

Data Security & Storage

All communication and data transfers are protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL 256-bit encryption. Passwords and sensitive authentication tokens are hashed with salted bcrypt algorithms. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Access & Edit: You can review and modify your profile details at any time from the User Dashboard.
Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your profile upon finding your match or wishing to leave. Upon deletion, your photos, chat logs, and profile records are erased from our active database.
