Eligibility & Sole Matrimonial Purpose
QuboolHai is an exclusive matrimonial and matchmaking platform established exclusively to assist practicing Muslim individuals and their families in seeking a lawful spouse for Nikah (Marriage).
- Age Criteria: You must be of legal marriageable age as per your country’s jurisdiction (minimum 18 years for females, 21 years for males in India).
- Marital Status: You must be legally eligible to marry (Unmarried, Divorced, Widowed, or Annulled). Casual dating, casual encounters, or extramarital solicitations are strictly prohibited and result in immediate ban.
- Single Account: Each user may create and maintain only one authentic matrimonial profile.

Account Creation & Verification
When creating your profile on QuboolHai, you warrant that all information provided (including age, religion, marital history, education, career, and photographs) is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
To maintain trust across the community, profiles undergo administrative review. Submitting genuine government identity proof unlocks the "100% ID Verified" badge, greatly increasing matchmaking credibility.

Islamic Matrimonial Code of Conduct
Every member is expected to conduct themselves with utmost courtesy, adab (respect), and integrity:
- Respectful Communication: Always communicate respectfully with prospective matches and their guardians (Wali/Family members).
- Honesty: Do not misrepresent financial standing, family status, or religious commitments.
- Privacy Respect: Respect the privacy choices of other members. Never screenshot or distribute another member’s photo, contact info, or chat messages.

Prohibited Activities & Zero Tolerance
Any violation of the prohibited activities below will result in instant account termination and reporting to cyber authorities where applicable.
- Soliciting money, financial aid, loans, or gifts under any pretext.
- Harassment, abusive language, stalking, hate speech, or inappropriate imagery.
- Using automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to access profile directories.
- Advertising commercial products, services, or unauthorized marriage agencies.

Premium Memberships & Payments
Registration and basic search on QuboolHai are free. We offer premium membership packages (Gold, Diamond, Platinum) that unlock benefits such as unlimited interest sending, priority match recommendations, and direct contact views.
All payments are securely processed through authorized gateway partners. Memberships are non-transferable and activated immediately upon successful transaction.

Member Safety & Due Diligence
While QuboolHai performs automated and manual screenings of profiles, we strongly advise members and their families to exercise standard due diligence:
- Always involve parents, elders, or trusted guardians in matrimonial conversations.
- Never send money or share bank credentials with anyone met online.
- Arrange first family meetings in safe, public settings or trusted family residences.

Account Suspension & Termination
QuboolHai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if we determine that a user has provided false information, breached these terms, or received validated complaints from multiple members.

Disclaimer & Legal Jurisdiction
QuboolHai acts solely as a matchmaking platform to facilitate introductions between suitable Muslim brides, grooms, and their respective families. We do not guarantee marriage outcomes or endorse personal representations made by individual users.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of QuboolHai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
